After a check of this week's Top Ten Things to Do this Weekend, Doug Nintzel from ADOT updates us on Arizona's Highways. The FBR Phoenix Open is hosted by a service organization called the Thunderbirds. Michael Haenel, tells us about the substantial amount of money the Open helps raise for charity each year.
Sue Harris is this week's Arizona Artist. She tells us about her song "Round Up Lullabye". Reed Booth from Bisbee tells how he has made his honey business on "killer bees". Marshall Trimble's Tales, part 1, is about Joe George and Grant Wheeler and it involves silver pesos.
Marshall has part two of this week's tale.Wind energy is starting to be tapped in our state. Dr. Tom Acker from NAU says the prospects are exciting. The Zane Grey cabin was destroyed in the "Dude Fire" in the early 1990's. Dick Wolfe says that the Zane Grey Cabin Foundation is rebuilding this part of our Arizona history. We also take a look at this week in U.S. history.

Arizona singer and songwriter Linda Bilque shares her song Mother of Mexico and how she came to write it. We also take a look at this weekend in Arizona history. This week's made in Arizona is Amelio Casciato from Cactus Candy. For over 40 years they have been making candy, jelly and other products from prickly pear cactus fruit. You have to hear this! Arizona State Historian, Marshall Trimble with part one of the Harvey Girls.

Peter Longo is back this week to handicap the Phoenix Open. Stress getting you down? Marie Dalloway of Performance Media says it doesn't have to. And if the boss is stressing you out, she has some suggestions including a stress vacation. We also take a peek at this weekend in U.S. history.
