On
November 13, 2002, Glenn PREMRU was arrested by the United States
Postal Inspection Service and charged with Mail Fraud.
PREMRU is alleged to have participated in a scheme which defrauded
area investors of approximately ten million dollars. PREMRU
appeared in United States District Court and was released on bond.
PREMRU has since disappeared and has failed to appear at
various court hearings as well as a scheduled mental evaluation.
Other
than this case, PREMRU has prior arrests for fraud, probation
violation and burglary. PREMRU has ties to the Phoenix
area via associates in the Sun City area. He has also resided
in Scottsdale in the past.
Caution:
PREMRU is known to carry weapons and has been employed
in the past as a martial arts instructor.
