George's photo is shown age-progressed to 10 years. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Alberto Aguilar Fragoso. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on November 3, 1998. George has a brown birthmark on his left knee and may use the nickname Che-tha. The abductor may use the alias names Rodrigo Heredia and Felipe Castillo. They may be traveling back and forth to Mexico .
